CivicLeder

Delhi · students and citizens

Your city guide when something goes wrong.

CivicLeder helps you pick the problem, see who usually handles it, and open their call number or website yourself. It also covers women safety helplines, anonymous public alerts for neighbours, and a personal My Cases notebook.

What the app does

Women safety

Quick path to 112, Delhi Police women helpline 1091, and national helpline 181. Separate from lost-item or general police forms.

Report guide

Building, fire, electricity, water, waste, roads, environment, animals, police and lost items. Shows the most likely office first.

Essential numbers

Verified Delhi and national helplines in one place: emergency, women, child, cyber, traffic, and civic lines.

Public alerts

Post a photo with live GPS so neighbours can see a hazard. Posts are anonymous. You can confirm, flag, or delete your own post.

Report hub

One place to start a guided report, open essential numbers, or post a public alert — without inventing offices or phone numbers.

My Cases

Keep a personal note and the government tracking ID after you file on their site. That notebook ID is not an official complaint number.

Honest limits

We do not file for you. We do not invent phones or websites. GPS alone does not prove which electricity company or municipal office owns a case.

Use this site right now

No app install needed for these. In danger, call first. The app adds guided routing, photos, public alerts, and your notebook.

How the report guide works

  1. Pick the category Women safety, police, building, fire, utilities, roads, and more.
  2. Say if anyone is in danger If yes, call 112, 101 or 102 before anything else.
  3. See the most likely office first Other offices stay hidden until you ask to see them.
  4. Contact them yourself Call or open their page. Save their tracking ID in My Cases if you get one.
  5. Optional: alert the public After your note, you can post an anonymous photo alert with live GPS.

CivicLeder is not a government department. It does not file complaints for you and does not create official complaint numbers.
